Physical and site specific theatre

Grotest Maru offers different types of workshops for children, teenagers or adults, amateurs and professionals.
We work in the field of physical theatre, stilt walking, acting and as well object, set and costume design.

In the performative workshops participants get an insight into Grotest Maru’s working methods.
We explore various technics of movement and work on body awareness in relationship to a group and to space – indoors and outdoors.
Through improvisation technics we encourage spontaneity in the creation of movement, characters and scenes and guide the participants to have a joyful and strong presence on stage.
